Payment is due the day following the auction at the scheduled pick up, unless otherwise stated on the auction. Metzger Property Services is not responsible for checking accounts for updated information including but not limited to addresses, phone numbers, valid credit cards, email addresses, etc.
Buyer accepts the terms by entering and bidding in the auction and recognizes that items are to be forfeited 5 days following the auction and that he or she is still responsible for all costs due regardless of the item(s) still being available.
All auction end times and loadouts posted are in Eastern Standard Time, unless otherwise noted.
If you continue to not pay for your items, at the end of each month there will be a 2% interest charge per calendar month (24% per annum) with a $10.00 minimum on each late invoice. There will be an additional $100.00 collection fee added the following calendar month of purchase.
