This primitive cabinet topped the Howe Estate auction in LaGrange County at $1,000. The day culminated in the slae of the 208 acre How Family farm to two bidders for a total of $754,000.

The Estate of Ted Clark benefit from a week of top dollars sales including over $3,000,000 of real estate sales and a tremendous personal property auction which was topped by this Deere loader at $105,000.

RS Prussia led an top notch collection of glassware at the Curtis Antique Auction on Memorial Day. The small bowl pictured topped the collection at $875. The auction had over 300 registered bidders vying for a piece of this tremendous collection.


The outstanding 2-day Kiefer Estate Auction was topped by a quality pocket watch collection with several watches topping the $1,000 mark. A Peru, IN Coca-Cola bottle topped an extensive bottle collection at over $500.

 
These pump globes topped another tremendous estate auction April 7th. The globes brought $575 each. The auction had over 340 registered bidders with 15 from out-of-state hailing from 8 different states.

LaPorte Co. land tops $8,000!

More than 300 were on hand Thursday night for a chance to buy part of 759 acres of prime LaPorte County farmland. At the end of the evening four bidders split the farm. The top buyer bought 240 acres for $2,010,000 or $8,375 per acre. Two other bidders spent more than $1 million dollars. The entire 759 acres sold for $5,420,000 or $7,141 per acre... more than $2 million dollars over the appraised price!










Farm Land Flies High

Bidders packed into the Wabash, Indiana Knight's of Columbus for a chance to buy one of two tracts of quality farmland just south of Wabash. After 20 minutes of aggressive bidding...one bidder took all with the farmland topping $5,900 per acre.

1971 C-20 Chevy Longhorn Camper Special, restored over the past 6 years.  It has a 1-ton frame with heavy Dana axles, a 350 slightly modified engine, all matching parts, 400 turbo transmission, 3500 stall converter, aluminum high-rise intake, and new tires and rims.  It has a factory 8 inch extended bed with new wood.  It has a new 4 core radiator, power brakes and steering, bucket seats, clear title.  Rare truck...only 1500 made.  Immaculate condition. The Bed is 8 feet 8 inches long and was engineered for extra support along its entire length, notice the 8 inch extension and the vertical line on the bed just behind the Cab (see pictures). Hence the name "Longhorn".

 

Up for auction is one of the rarest Chevrolet Pickups ever made, "The Legendary Longhorn". Built in Freemont, California in limited Production from 1969-1972. These extremely rare and hard to find Pickups Trucks were built for the growing slide in Camper Market. It would take Campers up to 12 feet long.
