The hot farmland market continued its torrid pace for the March 8th auction of the Nafzinger Family Farm in Stanford, Illinois.  Strong bidding drove the farm to its high mark of $1,345,000. The auction set a McLean County, Illinois record with the top tract weighing in at $11,500 per acre.

Local farmers dominated the competition for this piece of Wabash County. Two bidders rose tot he top with a 57 acre tract topping the sale at $375,000 or $6,579 per acre. The remainder of the farm went together for $300,000 or $4,478 per acre.

This matched set of Nickel plated Colt Pistols topped our Feb. 7th Antique Auction ringing in a $2,500. The auction attracted a total 600+ live and online bidders from 40+ states, Canada, Germany and Spain. 

This 1966 Ford Mustang brought home top honors in the Paul & Doris Ebbinghouse Auction bringing home a coll $15,750. The Ebbinghouse family had bought the car new for $2,200!
