The Wolfal Estate Land auction drew aggressive bidding as the
140 acres soared to $880,000 or nearly $6,300 per acre. A single
bidder managed to keep the entire farm together fighting off
stiff competition from neighboring owners and investors. 
The 24th Annual New Year's Day auction started the year off with a bang. The annual event drew over 800 registered bidders. More than 1500 lots of farm equipment, tractors, trucks, trailers and tools crossed the block.
